At APC, our passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences is rooted in the expertise and dedication. Chef Takis, with over 10 years of experience in the culinary industry, is a highly skilled chef who brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every dish he creates.

Born in the United States, Chef Takis began his culinary journey working in fine dining restaurants in Athens and Chicago. He then honed his skills working as a private chef in luxury villas in Mykonos and Naxos, where he developed a deep understanding of Mediterranean cuisine and a passion for using fresh, high-quality ingredients to create delicious and visually stunning dishes. Additionally, he also worked in an Asian fine dining restaurant, expanding his repertoire and knowledge of Asian cuisine.

With his extensive knowledge of European, American and Asian cooking techniques, Chef Takis unique perspective, and his love for food shines through in every mouthful.

With over 15 years of experience in the culinary industry, Chef Mario is a highly skilled and talented chef who specializes in Mediterranean cuisine. Born and raised in Greece, Chef Mario has a deep passion for using fresh, high-quality ingredients to create delicious and visually stunning dishes that showcase the flavors of his homeland and beyond.

Before joining APC, Chef Mario gained valuable experience working in fine dining restaurants in both the Netherlands and Greece, where he honed his skills in creating dishes that are both inventive and refined. With his extensive knowledge of traditional Italian, French and Mediterranean cooking techniques, Chef Mario brings a unique perspective to every dish he creates, and his passion for food is evident in every bite.
